I built SIREPAK — a Laravel web app for centralized accreditation document management with classification, RBAC, search, notifications, and export for educational institutions.
Problem
Faculty accreditation files were scattered across drives with no access control, making audits slow and error-prone.
My contribution
I designed the MySQL schema, built Laravel RBAC (admin / lecturer / reviewer), document upload and classification, search/filter, activity logging, and export — end to end.
Impact
- Centralized accreditation docs into one auditable system
- Cut document-retrieval time from hours to seconds
- Enforced least-privilege access across roles
